📲 WhatsApp Group · Locals & Travelers
We have a WhatsApp group open to anyone interested in Oaxaca events: locals, foreigners, passing travelers, and organizers. Important: This group is exclusively for events and workshops, not for sales, rentals, or marketing. It's an active promotion space, and we use the Share event on WhatsApp buttons that appear on each individual event page to spread the word with a single click.
Group rules (also visible in the group description):
- ▸No flyers only. Not everyone has automatic image downloads enabled, and content can get lost. If you post your event, always include the link to your event on this site: this way members can check all the details directly here.
- ▸You can share events and workshops, but this is not a group for sales, marketing, or chain messages. No flirting and no memes either.
- ▸Share your event with a small description, or ask questions related to the group. Nothing more.
- ▸Our moderators actively ensure that respect is maintained at all times.

🗓️ Post your event for free on the site
You can submit your event directly at queondaoaxaca.com/submit. It's free, no complicated registration, and it appears on the main agenda visible to locals and tourists alike.
Important tip: fill in the Tickets / more info field with your social media link or contact page. That way, when we redirect our followers to your event, they can follow you directly from the event page.

📸 Instagram & Facebook Promotion
We pick events from the agenda to share on our Instagram @qondaoaxaca and our Facebook page in an intentional and rotating manner: not always the same ones. We want to amplify both established venues and emerging ones, because we believe every organizer deserves visibility.
When we share your event, we always include the link to its page here, so anyone who sees it can get the complete info and follow you.
🔁 Tag Us in Your Stories
If you want an extra boost, tag @qondaoaxaca clearly in your Instagram stories. That makes it easy for us to find your content and repost it to our audience.
Also include the link to your event published here in the story: that way we redirect our followers directly to your event page with all the info, and they can follow you from there.
