The Faithful Departed: A Tradition of Love

Join us in Oaxaca de Juarez for a deeply moving evening celebrating the cherished tradition of love and remembrance for the faithful departed. The Central Public Library Margarita Maza de Juárez invites you to a special reading of 'Poemas funerarios' (Funeral Poems) by the acclaimed author Octavio López, also known as 'El Tétrico'. Through the evocative power of poetry, we will explore a beautiful and emotional way to honor our loved ones, acknowledge their absence, and celebrate the unbreakable bonds that transcend time. This poignant event will take place on October 23rd at 5:00 PM. Entry is completely free, offering a warm and inviting space for reflection and connection. We look forward to sharing this experience with you.
